After 25 years designing and leading systems inside one of the largest financial institutions in the world, I realized that the real challenge isn’t building technology; it’s building technology that actually helps people.
The name 3JX comes from my three kids, a reminder that everything I design should make the world a better place for the next generation.
It represents the principles that drive our work: being an excellent example of curiosity, clarity, and completion.
From Experience to Impact
I’ve led teams that managed over a million trades a day without a single loss, automated workflows spanning continents, and turned complex financial operations into smooth, reliable systems.
Those experiences taught me a simple truth: ideas don’t change the world, execution does.
Now I apply the same discipline, creativity, and love of systems to help others bring their vision to life. Whether it’s AI strategy, automation design, or process optimization, my focus is always the same: make it work, make it last, and make it matter.
